Comments:

"It had always bothered me, but I had grown accustomed to getting less than my original mix after the mastering was done. There was always an EQ tweak and loss of presence and definition."

"I met with Gary, heard his demo and was surprised, impressed and knew I had to try it on my then-current project. When finished, it was the first time I had ever received a final product that was greater than my original mix."

Comments:

" I have just listened to your amazing demo for the second time. Since I am producing so many different kinds of projects, from film scores that I have composed, to the Best darn Swing Band in Los Angeles, I paid particular attention to the difference that your process can make, on very different kinds of music."

"I can't wait to have you work on my upcoming project. I am confident that the difference that your process makes can spell the difference between a hit, and just good."

Martin Kloiber

Chief Engineer / Mixer for the group "Yello" & for Sound Proof Studios / Mixer for Many Movie Sound Tracks / Currently CEO for Euphonix

Comments:

"What I like is the dimension and imaging you get when it spreads the image depth. Using the normal processors that are currently available, the image is spread to the sides, but the depth is not changed, like your process is doing."

"This process is something more than mastering, because of that something added that was not there before. This is the first time that I have ever heard something added that sounds pleasant when it is finished. Most of the time, when you add something, you wish you could remove it later. Mastering just enhances what is there, but the element You add is good, and you want to hear more of it."

"Another thing. Not only is there greater clarity in the treble and the bass (not brighter or boomy), but the depth thing has a better imaging. Since you are not using EQ or Phase to spread the image, you are able to accomplish the depth without destroying the original."

The system called SOUNDS-ALIVE™, offers a complex, but very efficient and precise process which does for sound what a steering wheel does for a car out of alignment. That is, correcting the sonic information so that the listener hears a perfect replication of what was recorded in the studio.

The process also helps eliminate speaker distortion, leading to a clean, bright sound. Their demo features well-known pop songs brought to new and vibrant life by this method - just may become the new sonic standard in the industry.

"The compact disc is Not the weakest Link in Your recording chain"

Excerpt: The process (in short) reforms the complex audio signal to compensate for the deviations in accuracy that have occurred through all the recording and mastering stages, and for further deficiencies to be encountered by the speakers. When a recording with this modified signal is driving the speakers, a much more accurate replication of the original performance is experienced by the listening audience.

The most common statement by people listening to this added Post Mastering enhancement is, "It's like I'm there!". As a listener you are able to hear and sense the depth and separation of instruments [anywhere in the room - it is not sweet-spot dependant], which is very similar to being in front of the band's actual performance.

The life and excitement that is lost in ALL recordings (yes, audiophile CDs too) is returned and because the previously unrealized irritation is greatly reduced, you want to listen louder, to hear more of the detail that is otherwise "masked" on normal unprocessed CDs.
